Prof. Saroj Kanta Jena
Mr. Saroj Kanta Jena, currently associated with NMIET, Bhubaneswar, holds both Masters degree in both Computer Applications & Business Administration and M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. He has more than 22 years of experience in teaching and around seven years of experience in research. He has presented and published many papers in national and international journals. His love and passion for teaching has motivated many students to acquire professional qualification in the Marketing and Operations management field and serve the nation. He has worked around 15 years at Regional College Of Management and around 2 years at BML Munjal University, Gurgaon, New Delhi.
Dr. Sureswari Prasad Das
Prof. Dr. Sureswari Prasad Das is a highly accomplished and esteemed individual in the field of economics and general management. With diverse educational attainments and extensive work experience, he has made significant contributions to academia, research, and social development. His career spans renowned institutions like OXFAM, Xavier Institute of Social Service, and Xavier Institute of Management. Prof. Das has actively participated in research and consultancy projects, focusing on rural development, women empowerment, and socio-economic impact assessments. His expertise, dedication, and influential publications have solidified his position as a respected figure in economics and social empowerment.

Prof. Anil Kumar Bhuyan
Mr. Anil Kumar Bhuyan has completed M.Phil in Commerce from Lovely Professional University, Punjab. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. in Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar . He has 3 years teaching experiences. Before joining NMIET he was working with NISS Group, MDC Deogarh and Birla Global University. He has presented number of research papers in national and international conferences. He has published numbers of research paper in journal of national and international repute. He is expertise in teaching Applied Econometric, Accounting, Behavioral Finance, Socially Responsible Investment & Sustainable Investment.
Mrs.Prarthana Mukherjee
Mrs. Mukherjee, a Specialist HR in the Management cadre, served Bank of Baroda from 2010 to 2021, rising to Senior Manager & Regional HR Head, overseeing over 400 employees. With hands-on experience across all HR verticals and all four zones of India, she managed training and talent portfolios for 4,000+ employees and led onboarding for 300+ officers. She headed major zones like North and Gujarat and was part of the Talent Leadership pool, achieving the Senior Manager position within seven years. Before joining the bank, she worked as a Lead Trainer and conducted pre-placement training. She also served as a visiting faculty for HR and OB training at Bank of Baroda and was previously a computational biological scientist after earning her BTech in Biotechnology. Mrs. Mukherjee, an MBA in HR from ICFAI University, is empaneled with three multinational consultancies for public sector HR issues and undertakes consultation assignments.

With multidisciplinary qualifications and a passion for teaching, they focus on blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications to prepare students for dynamic financial careers.

Dr. Adarsh Rath, an XIMB alumni, a distinguish orator and active member of start up Odisha. He has Doctorate in Performance Management System in NGOs, MBA(Marketing & HR) from XIMB, B.Tech (Mechanical) from ITER. Currently he is working as the Director of Klorofeel Education Association. Beside this he is the Cofounder and CEO of Sai Gopal Enterprises. He has interest in promoting entrepreneurship culture and young entrepreneurs in Odisha. Currently he teaches Marketing & Entrepreneurship Development. He has interest in promoting entrepreneurship culture and young entrepreneurs in Odisha.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Nanda is an MBA and dynamic entrepreneur from Bhubaneswar, capital city of Odisha and currently associated with NMIET, Bhubaneswar. He has more than 6 years industry & four years of teaching experience. He served in some of the global retail brands in India and overseas. He has presented many motivational talks in different B schools. His love and passion for teaching has motivated many students to acquire professional qualification in the Marketing field and serve the nation. He is the founder of his own creation, a multi branded cycle outlet chain named as “22bikes”in Bhubaneswar.

Mrs. Lopamudra Praharaj is an edupreneur and holds a Post Graduate degree with dual specialization in HR and Operations & Materials Management. She has more than 11 years of experience in both industry & teaching field. She has published and presented many papers in international and national journals and in National Seminars & Conferences. She was selected as Academic Associate- HRM & OB by IIM-Indore. She has an interest in teaching subjects like Organisational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Business Communication, Human Resource Mgt and its allied specializations. She has keen interest in imparting Soft Skills and Spoken English Training.
